Crafting while watching Netflix is one of the great joys in life. And when you're an avid yarn enthusiast like I am, you tend to notice any knitted or crocheted items that come across the screen. Call the Midwife is one of my favorite shows for lovely blankets and baby items (plus, babies!). Another favorite for yarn-spotting? Gilmore Girls.

One of the many wonderful things about little kids is that they can get away with things that adults can't. And that includes wearing fun hats! So I thought I would celebrate my son being little by making him a pumpkin hat.  As often happens around here, this project was inspired by some fun yarn that I found on sale. This time I came across a couple lovely skeins of Red Heart Reflective. As soon as I saw them, I instantly thought "Halloween!"  |
